Overview
BLU SAKI is committed to ensuring you are satisfied with every purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for both wholesale and direct retail orders. All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD) from our base in the Cayman Islands.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale buyers are responsible for inspecting all goods upon delivery. Any claims for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items must be submitted in writing to info@blusaki.ky within 7 days of receipt of goods. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted. Approved claims will be resolved by replacement, credit note, or refund at BLU SAKI's discretion. Returns must be authorised in writing before goods are sent back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Direct Retail Orders
Retail customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the item is: • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition • With all original tags attached • In its original packaging To initiate a return, contact us at info@blusaki.ky with your order reference and reason for return. We will issue a Return Authorisation number before any item is sent back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: • Items marked as Final Sale • Jewellery and accessories (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty) • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered • Items without original tags or packaging • Custom or personalised orders
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or manufacturing defect).
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is being returned due to a BLU SAKI error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
