Overview
BLU SAKI ships from the Cayman Islands to wholesale and retail customers across the Caribbean, North America, and internationally. All orders are fulfilled in United States Dollars (USD). This policy outlines our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and important information for international customers.
Order Processing
All orders are processed manually by our team. For wholesale orders initiated through an enquiry, processing begins upon receipt of confirmed payment via our secure payment link. Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 5–7 business days of payment confirmation, subject to order preparation and dispatch scheduling. We will notify you by email if there is any delay to your order.

Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated transit times from dispatch (Cayman Islands): • Cayman Islands: 1–3 business days • Caribbean: 5–10 business days • North America: 7–14 business days • United Kingdom & Europe: 10–21 business days • Other international destinations: 14–28 business days These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. BLU SAKI is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.
Shipping Carriers
We use reputable international carriers and couriers for all shipments. The carrier used for your order will be confirmed in your dispatch notification email, along with a tracking number where available. For large wholesale orders, shipment may be arranged by freight. We will discuss shipping arrangements with you directly for bulk orders.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order and will be communicated to you as part of the order confirmation process. For wholesale enquiries, shipping costs will be included in your quote. BLU SAKI does not charge hidden fees. All shipping costs are disclosed before payment is requested.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs quoted by BLU SAKI. BLU SAKI complies with all applicable Cayman Islands export regulations. We accurately declare all shipment contents and values on customs documentation and do not falsify customs declarations under any circumstances. We recommend that international customers familiarise themselves with the import regulations and duty rates applicable in their country before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Where a tracking number is available, it will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. If you have not received your dispatch notification within 10 business days of payment confirmation, please contact us at info@blusaki.ky with your order reference.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@blusaki.ky. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf. BLU SAKI is not liable for loss or damage caused by third-party carriers, but we will make every reasonable effort to assist.
